Enfrio, in line with the above, through the Integrated Management System, has established to:

  • continuously improve by designing, producing, and promoting innovative products to anticipate market trends
  • differentiate production and gain new market shares

  • provide safe and healthy working conditions to prevent situations that could cause injuries or illnesses to workers

  • protect the environment, prevent pollution, ensure the reduction of environmental impacts by monitoring appropriate indicators
  • involve workers, through the consultation of their representatives, in participating in the improvement of the Health and Safety management system

continuously improve its Integrated Management System and comply with its conformity obligations

These have been deduced from the analysis of the needs of the parties involved in Enfrio's activities, considering the context in which it operates.

Compliance obligations

The compliance obligations identified by Enfrio are, therefore:

  • implement and certify an Integrated System according to the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards
  • ensure compliance with all standards regarding the environment, energy saving, efficiency, and health and safety protection of workers
  • promote among all employees a sense of responsibility towards the environment, safety, and their own and colleagues' health
  • establish and update emergency procedures aimed at limiting any accidental impacts on the environment and/or the health and safety of workers
  • sensitise suppliers/partners to behave as much as possible in line with the preventive measures adopted by Enfrio regarding safety, workers' health, and the environment.
  • communicate to the public the necessary information to understand the environmental effects of the company's activities
  • control the waste produced, the pollutants used, and natural resources to limit the impact on the environment
  • review the design of its products to try to limit their impact in various stages of their life cycle

An effectively applied Integrated Management System is relevant not only for the life and future of the company but also for all the forces involved in its development. All organisation resources are, therefore, invited to systematically apply the active procedures for which the Integrated Systems Office systematically carries out internal training activities and awareness-raising moments. This is of fundamental importance because everyone, in their role, contributes to the effectiveness of the system. On the contrary, if the procedures were not used correctly, there would be a high possibility of errors that could compromise the entire organisation.

Enfrio commits to providing all the necessary resources to ensure the correct application of the Integrated Management System, also through the work of its directive, systematically examining the system's effectiveness through internal audits, data analysis, monitoring of processes, products, customer feedback, internal and external factors that may influence the organisation, stakeholders, and their relevant requirements. In this process, where problems, non-compliance, or weaknesses are identified, specific corrective and/or preventive actions will be taken with a verification of their real effectiveness. These issues are periodically brought to the attention of the Management, which can accordingly make appropriate decisions and ensure the continuous improvement of the organisation.
