Assembly

Enfrio is constantly seeking innovative machinery for the production of cutting-edge products. It has 8 assembly stations with wireless Atlas Copco screwdrivers and Power Focus 6000 controllers that bring productivity, ergonomics, quality, and connectivity to new levels. Virtual stations allow each tool to have unified programming and operate independently, with different tools in a single controller.


The work cycle of the stations is equipped with SQS3 and involves entering the identification code through barcode scanning, allowing the system to initiate instructions related to the assembly of the product, the assembly and screwing sequence, tied to the retrieval of the correct compass, recording data and attributes such as date, time, scanned barcodes, etc.


Through the ToolsNet8 collection software installed on the server, real-time collection and storage of all data from curves and screwing operations performed with screwdrivers are possible, providing complete traceability of data and the ability to perform statistical analysis for process improvement.


Finally, a tablet is used to perform visual inspections, where the operator compares the product with a previously loaded reference image, confirming or denying the conformity of the piece.

Welding

Our MIG welding stations are equipped with WECO and FRONIUS welders, offering the possibility of double pulsing and precision in quick setup.


An additional TIG welding station ensures a welding procedure for connecting tubes between the radiator and the engine, performed by operators with specific training and years of experience.


Finally, specific brazing for special processes such as Power Take-off (PTO) and work for radiators, intercoolers, and oil coolers.

Laser cutting

Enfrio has a laser cutting station for tubes with three-point clamping, cyclic drawing, and automatic recognition. The spindle speed is up to 200 rpm. Loading is completely automatic and can support up to 3 tonnes, ensuring maximum time and effort savings.


It is possible to perform multi-tube cuts for round, square, and rectangular tubes from 20-200 mm. For flat base cuts, the equipment allows cutting stainless steel up to 12mm with high-quality cuts, minimal waste, and a working area of 3000x1500mm.

Tube bending

Enfrio has a fully automatic PROVAR tube bending machine equipped with 6 axes: bending (Y-axis), advancement (X-axis), rotation (Z-axis), with lateral translation of the positioner and the mandrel (B1 and B2 axes), and up-down movement of the head (A-axis).


The machinery allows for bending stainless steel tubes with diameters of 60mm and 101mm.


We directly import the STP file for quick programming.

Metrology

Hexagon's Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) is the true protagonist in measurement when precision is paramount, as it works with numerous sensor technologies to acquire data as accurately as possible. This enables the measurement of even the most complex pieces with great confidence.


Enfrio is in constant and continuous development of its core technologies, ranging from independent measurement devices to system solutions. These technologies are used in various sectors for the production of machinery, electronics, molds, automobiles, aircraft, the military industry, defense, and other industrial sectors, contributing to a significant increase in efficiency and product quality for customers.
